Business Baby Steps : Excellent Contribution to QMS (The Quality Management System)

Phase 1: Conception

This phase will stimulate you to think right. Conception is a medical word. When millions of sperms flow towards an ovum, only a few thousand actually plan to fertilise it. Sustainable Living

Life is nature’s gift to mankind in our galaxy where ‘Our Earth’ is the only planet where life exists. The effort made by scientists to find out life on nearby planets is futile at this point. Are we got bugged off our beautiful planet EARTH? Or we have come to the conclusion that we cannot create a sustainable living on the earth? The dream of shifting ourselves to another planet is definitely arduous. Ultimately living within earth’s limit is the best option available at this point.

Resource allocation is huge responsibility. The gap between the poor and rich is increasing day by day. The governance and administration need to re-look their standards through the perspective of basic needs of the life. The harmonization of basic needs of life and standards of governance and administration should bring a positive change. The critical resources like water, electricity, and clean air have been a challenge since decades. Industrialization and technology with radiations is a sword with two very sharp edges, which is cutting these critical resources, to make unaffordable for common man. The resistance of the governance and administration to take appropriate actions and legislation over the use of these critical resources is avoidable challenge.

We all and concerned educated groups should seriously start working on educating all human species about utilizing the critical resources. Lack of stringent monitoring on utilization of the critical resources is popularly discussed and religiously neglected. Solutions are suggested, but lack of action on these vital suggestions will create the biggest threat, “elimination of life from the earth”.

Lack of definition of simple living and lack of control over manufacturing and production is another big challenge. The availability of the products which are defined as simple and have least impact on the critical resources to each and every piece of life is responsibility of each national body. The research and development of such simple products should be promoted and adequate environment should be created to enable manufacturing of such simple products.

We all love nature and it seems that nature allows us to take disadvantage of available resources. Sometimes I dream if nature would speak up and whether it would respect us? We never think what we are doing with nature? We would have been extinguished from this beautiful planet if nature has capabilities to do so.

If we consider this is the project, we might require millions of project managers and we have millions who do not have jobs. To train these all the millions of project managers, we require billions of trainers and we have billions of invested on unsafe projects. To train these trainers, we require trillions of schools and colleges and we have trillions of kids not going to school. We're lucky, nature is not monitoring our activities on the scale of good or bad.

The reproduction is one of the basic needs and requirement of the life and with this authority and capability one great responsibility follows, "we should ensure our future generation should equally able to enjoy this beautiful planet ‘Earth’." This generation is busy in damaging their DNA by using an inadvertent technology and neglecting vital healthy lifestyle which accommodates good sleep, good food, and good health. 

Overall, we are heading towards a big accident, elimination of life from the earth. At this point I strongly feel that it has become irreversible now. The maximum we can do is to try sustaining some more time to accommodate a few more generations which can enjoy this beautiful planet.

Control is a Virtue

Wow!! Wonderful experience in Bangalore!! I love Pune and Bangalore due to similarities it shares with environment and culture!! Pune was my dream city where I wanted to settle down but probably Pune entrepreneurs find me charmless and ugly..especially when I say please try paying adequate…CHINGUUSS people…I am in Bangalore now and missing Pune a Lot…yesterday we had a wonderful beer party. We (we were four) went at 9:30 pm in a nice bar…Prawns, Fish finger …Hmmmm…Awesome !!! We finished two Jars of Pitcher !! on the top of the world at 10:45 we ordered third one. When we started with that, the hotel manager requested to finish by 11:30…one of the waiter ..perhaps wanted to start off at home…became violent and kept insisting on leaving the bar as early as possible…we had exchange of anger…and it was tough to determine who is at fault!! Finally we left at 11:35 leaving behind veg-biryani…we could have avoided third Jar. Sometime control help us to keep self respect in the head…probably Two Jars of Pitcher brought our self esteem in knees…NO WORRY!! Moral of the story: when we want to go for Pitcher especially third Jar (In Bangalore NOT IN PUNE) ensure its not 11:00…Ha Ha Ha!!!

Dependent People Celebrating Independence!!

Hi All

Happy Independence day where each day I am dependent on traffic signals and huge disorganization on roads. Though I take care to start at right time, I am not sure whether I will reach in Office at time. Happy Independence Day where each day I have to ensure my kid may require some money asked by school. Though I take care to put him in best school with enormous fees.Happy Independence Day where each day my own friends and companions try to exploit my skills and snatch cretid in workplace. Though I ensure to excuse them thinking any way my workplace is getting benefitted. Happy Independence Day where each sunday I have pay huge TOLL on roads,  and I have to say NO to my beloved family to have food. Though I ensure to choose some small SNACKS HOTEL..Happy Independence Day, where I would never be taken care in ordinary hospitals. Though I ensure to go to PRIVATE MULTISPECIALITY HOSPITALS, I am treated with Hevay Medical Bills, But I never get correct diagnosis and required counselling by experts. For myfriend's thyroid problem, his doctors asked SURGERY where it is not indicated actually. For my friend's wife's menstrual problem , they advised removal of uterus itself so as to get surgery cost and millions of wives are GHOST where surgery was not indicated. Any way I have to pay for whole body tests if I am Healthy...Happy Independence Day, where I wanted to help my FATHER and MOTHER, but being FATHER MY COUNTRY ensures I am paying adequate TAX and then I do not have a single penny which I could give to MY OWN FATHER and MOTHER. Though I ensure to ignore politician's golden lifestyle and expences in spite of they do not know to convert some data into interpretations. Each calculation and advantage moves towards his own benefit and no politician is filing a proper income Tax...Happy Indepence Day..where sometime when I go to Holly Places like Tirupathi Balaji or Saibaba, even GOD expects hevay TOLL and if he is excusing RAVANA for not paying tax, why I should pay PRAY TOLL if I am really pennyless. Though I ensure to pray with concentration and ask GOD to give me power and energy to contribute for betterment of Human Life!! Now a days...I never feel INDEPENDENT...I am stuck in between double standars at economical, emotional and physical level as well. My all friends including me are Paying HOME LOANS, Personal LOANS, CREDIT CARD LOANS, Education Loans and CAR LOANS..This relative feeling of being owner of all these BASIC NEEDS is itself not independent....STILL I SAY HAPPY INDEPENDENCE DAY TO ALL OF YOU.....
